Growing in Public is a blog about building internal tools for collaboration at high-growth organizations; and more broadly, growing in work and life.

I spent over two years at Stripe building Collaboration tools for Stripes. Looking back, though, I've been unusually interested in improving how we work together my entire working life. And now I'm doing it all again—differently, from scratch, and informed by everywhere I've worked—at Retool.

I'll write about both personal things and work, spanning research, works in progress, reflection, and practical things you can implement.
